Chicken zucchini goat’s cheese
cake
A cake with spring savours.
Ingredients :: 0,44lb of goat's cheese, 2 small zucchinis,
0,44lb of chicken meat, 0,11lb of grated Gruyere, 0,33lb of
flour, 3 eggs, 0,5 cup of milk, olive oil, 1 bag of yeast,
some butter for the tin cake, salt and black pepper.
Cut the meat, zucchinis, and the goat’s
cheese in small cubes. Cook the chicken and the zucchinis
in a frying pan with some oil, then add pepper and salt.
Preheat your oven at 356°.
Heat up lightly milk with a tablespoon
of olive oil. Mix the flour, yeast, gruyere, and eggs. Add
milk gradually, mix well, then add chicken, zucchinis, the
goat’s cheese, salt and pepper, then mix again.
Butter your tin cake, pour the paste
in, and put in the oven for 45 minutes.
