Braised endives with emmental and
honey of cumin
For 4 people
Ingredients : 0,22lb of emmental
out cutted in little pieces, 3 endives, 2 tablespoons of peanut
oil, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 pinch of caraway powder, salt
and black pepper.
Wash endives, and cut then in the
length. Cook them a few seconds in a very hot frying pan with
the oil. The endives must just become translucent. Reserve
them.
Pour honey and add the pinch of cumin
in the frying pan, to make reduce 3 minutes. Add endives and
the pieces of emmental.
Cook 2 minutes, add salt and pepper
and be useful immediately.
