Sherbet strawberry




	For a finer texture and without seed, you can filter the pulp of strawberry in a sieve.

Sherbet strawberry

Ingredients : 2,2lb of strawberries, 0,44lb of sugar, the juice of 2 oranges.

In a pan, made warm the orange juice with the sugar, move until the sugar is totally melted. Let cool in ambient temperature.

Rinse strawberries under the water, drain them, suppress the stalks, then mix them.

Mix the pulp of strawberries with the orange juice. Use your ice-cream maker machine.
